Sojourn Center's compassionate team consists of board certified psychiatrists, licensed master level clinicians, nurses and mental health technicians. We treat adults suffering from mental illness and addiction through the Partial Hospitalization Day Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP).

IOP stands for Intensive Outpatient Program. IOP tends to be a best fit for those who do not need inpatient level of care but when symptoms require greater therapeutic support than what can be achieved in the individual outpatient counseling. IOP is structured psychotherapy in a small group format. Group settings are effective in developing self-awareness, emotional management, and social awareness. In order to determine the best care plan for you, we offer confidential consultation and assessment services to better understand your physical, mental, social and emotional health history.
