Positive Recovery Center’s IOP is an addiction treatment program that is designed for clients who are ready to return to work, school, and other responsibilities or who do not require a higher level of care. IOP does not provide round-the-clock supervision but allows flexibility for clients to focus on their recovery while they transition back into their communities.

The Psychological Services Clinic at University of Houston-Clear Lake is a training clinic for graduate programs in clinical psychology, family therapy, and school psychology. The clinic serves the community by providing sliding-scale mental health services to individuals (adults, teens, and children), families, and couples. We treat a variety of disorders, with expertise in depression, anxiety, and behavior problems for children and adults. Our student clinicians are supervised by doctoral-level therapists to provide evidence-supported treatments. We treat individuals with a broad range of issues, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, etc. We also provide assessments for ADHD, Learning Disorders, Autism, as well as diagnostic purposes.

Adaego Recovery is a substance use and co-occurring mental health treatment facility that offers Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). Our facility acts as a step down from a hospital or for those who are looking for an alternative to an inpatient setting. New Dimensions Day Treatment Centers provides Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient Treatment to Adolescents and Adults who are in crisis. Our programs are designed to help individuals and their families overcome the challenges that come from mental health or substance abuse issues. Our team of therapists and psychiatrists can help you develop the tools you need to effectively cope with depression, anxiety, trauma, anger issues, suicidal thoughts, substance abuse, PTSD, OCD, and other mental health issues. We have facilities that are conveniently located in Katy, The Woodlands, and the Clear Lake area of Houston. Our programs are ideal for individuals who need more than once per week therapy, but who don't require inpatient hospitalization. Heights Treatment offers several levels of care to fit the needs of each individual in their recovery journey. Our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) is the most intensive level of treatment with programming 5 days per week, approximately 6 hours per day. This outpatient option allows clients to benefit from a high level of clinical care and support with the luxury of living in their own home or sober living environment. Clients who seek a slightly less intensive level of care may choose our Intensive Oupatient Program (IOP), which is offered 3-5 days per week, for 3 hours per day. Just as in PHP, clients receive group therapy each day they attend treatment, with topics that range from DBT skills, healthy relationships, recovery skills, emotional, spiritual, and relational sobriety, and grief and loss. The least intense level of care offered at Heights Treatment is our Outpatient Program (OP). This program is designed for the client who is in need of additional support while they return to full-time work and/or daily living. Our Outpatient Program is then a great option for continuing care after the completion of IOP or PHP.

Briarwood Detox Center in Houston, Texas is a Joint Commission-accredited facility offering personalized drug and alcohol detox programs from all addictive substances. Our individualized detox programs provide round-the-clock monitoring and comprehensive care from a multidisciplinary team comprised of medical staff, counselors, and recovery specialists. Our treatment team works together to help each client achieve long-lasting sobriety and ease the transition from detox to drug rehab.

Petoskey Center provides patients with the opportunity to experience intensive treatment without the need for inpatient or residential psychiatric hospitalization. They can continue meeting their responsibilities (as much as possible) in their communities while diving more deeply into treatment. Petoskey Center's intensive outpatient program (IOP) gives clients a safe place to: Explore the reasons behind their psychological struggles; learn and practice new skills for coping, managing, and preventing emotional crises; identify a path forward in terms of education, career, family, lifestyle; and ​practice implementing real change both in and outside the therapy environment. We are focused on mental health issues and do not work with patients struggling with addiction as their primary difficulty.
