Our partial hospitalization program, Sol Stone Center, is located in Elmira, NY. This comprehensive continuum of care gives our patients more treatment options and improves treatment outcomes.
Nutrition Clinic Outpatient Program
Outpatient services are offered at the Nutrition Clinic for those struggling with eating disorders as well as other nutritional concerns. Patient evaluations begin with a comprehensive nutritional assessment, which includes metabolic testing and body composition analysis. You will meet with our registered dietitian, who will devise an eating plan and provide you with a referral for psychotherapy if needed. You will also be scheduled for an evaluation by our physician. Following these evaluations, the team will determine the appropriate level of care and discuss treatment recommendations. We treat males and females of all ages. We participate with many insurances as well as Medicaid and Medicare. We will contact your insurance company and determine any out-of-pocket expense prior to your visit. We do offer sliding-scale payment options to help make services affordable.
Sol Stone Center Partial Hospitalization Program
Our partial hospitalization program is located in Elmira, NY. The program housed in a Victorian home, offers a warm and safe environment. We provide a small, supportive group setting, limiting the program to 12 patients, male and female, ages 18 and older. The program is 10.5 hours a day on weekdays and 5 hours on Saturdays. We have a supervised overnight residence, Hoffman House, for individuals in the program. We are accredited by the New York State Department of Mental Health. We participate with many insurance companies. Prior to admission, our program manager will contact your insurance company and determine coverage. They will review out-of-pocket costs and set up a payment plan with you or your family. We provide partial scholarships to help individuals afford treatment. We pride ourselves in making treatment affordable.
