The OCD Institute Texas provides specialty treatment for OCD, anxiety, phobias, depression & PTSD. Our expert therapists have all received intensive training in treating these disorders. They utilize evidence-based treatment, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, for children, adolescents, adults, older adults, families and couples. The Houston Center for Valued Living (HCFVL) provides comprehensive services for individuals grappling with a range of concerns, including Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), various phobias (such as animal phobia, needle phobia, and driving phobia), Agoraphobia, Panic Disorder, Generalized Anxiety Disorder / Excessive Worrying, Social Anxiety, and those facing challenges in the transition to adulthood. These services fall under the category of Intensive Outpatient or IOP. Our IOP services are tailored for individuals who haven’t achieved the desired outcomes from meeting with a therapist once or twice a week. Our clinicians offer a compassionate therapeutic environment, where they work with you one-on-one, in 3-hour blocks, 3 to 5 days a week to collaboratively address your specific treatment needs. These sessions can be conducted either in-person or virtually. New Dimensions Day Treatment Centers provides Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient Treatment to Adolescents and Adults who are in crisis. Our programs are designed to help individuals and their families overcome the challenges that come from mental health or substance abuse issues. Our team of therapists and psychiatrists can help you develop the tools you need to effectively cope with depression, anxiety, trauma, anger issues, suicidal thoughts, substance abuse, PTSD, OCD, and other mental health issues. Online Treatment Services: We understand that the treatment needs of our clients change daily. Positive Recovery Centers offer a broad range of treatment services both in-person and remote, utilizing a personalized and multidisciplinary approach to meet the needs of all clients in varying stages of recovery. To protect the health of all of our clients and staff Positive Recovery Centers is offering Online Treatment Services for outpatient clients across all of our locations effective immediately. Positive Recovery Center’s IOP is an addiction treatment program that is designed for clients who are ready to return to work, school, and other responsibilities or who do not require a higher level of care. IOP does not provide round-the-clock supervision but allows flexibility for clients to focus on their recovery while they transition back into their communities.

Heights Treatment offers several levels of care to fit the needs of each individual in their recovery journey. Our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) is the most intensive level of treatment with programming 5 days per week, approximately 6 hours per day. This outpatient option allows clients to benefit from a high level of clinical care and support with the luxury of living in their own home or sober living environment. Clients who seek a slightly less intensive level of care may choose our Intensive Oupatient Program (IOP), which is offered 3-5 days per week, for 3 hours per day. Just as in PHP, clients receive group therapy each day they attend treatment, with topics that range from DBT skills, healthy relationships, recovery skills, emotional, spiritual, and relational sobriety, and grief and loss. The least intense level of care offered at Heights Treatment is our Outpatient Program (OP). This program is designed for the client who is in need of additional support while they return to full-time work and/or daily living. Our Outpatient Program is then a great option for continuing care after the completion of IOP or PHP.

Jewish Family Service is a non-profit human service agency for people of all ages and all walks of life. Our goal is to provide light, hope and help to individuals struggling with life challenges. JFS's professional, highly credentialed staff offers mental health and support counseling for individuals and families including a specialized program for individuals who live with persistent and pervasive mental illness. JFS also provides disability services, senior adult services and case management, employment services, Jewish chaplaincy services at area hospitals, community outreach, financial assistance programs and volunteer opportunities.
