Effective Outpatient Detox; Reduces Stigma
Addiction is a chronic disease and inpatient treatment only reinforces the stigma around the illness by treating it as a behavioral problem. CNT, led by America's foremost addiction expert and licensed to provide Ambulatory (Outpatient) Detoxification, offers detox from alcohol, benzos (Xanax, Klonipin, Valium), opiates (Oxycontin, Oxycodone, Percocet, Fentanyl, heroin, methadone, kratom), stimulants (Adderall), anesthetics (ketamine) and Suboxone/buprenorphine (when client ready to come off) in an outpatient setting. Clinicians monitor progress and therapy helps clients develop skills to cope with stressors and triggers in their daily lives. Our clients benefit by integrating these skills into their daily lives at home while they are receiving treatment, rather than when isolated from it. Individual therapy to customize skills is also provided. We also offer Partial Care and IOP programs. Ambulatory (Outpatient) Detox delivers better outcomes, as the home environment is integrated into treatment. It also helps reduce stigma by treating addiction like other chronic diseases like diabetes or hypertension, which almost always need only outpatient treatment. CNT has been providing outpatient detox for 7 years and outcomes are far better relative to inpatient detoxification. Clients apply learned concepts at home and come back next day to treatment to process what worked and what they struggled with. Individual therapy addresses sensitive personal issues. All detox-related meds are provided by CNT and administered by nurses at the facility. Clients stay in touch with work and family and sleep in their own bed while undergoing detoxification. While at the facility, clients are in their own clothes, use their cell phones and connect to Wi-Fi. A friendly, caring staff and elegant ambiance allows for a dignified experience. Complimentary meals, snacks and beverages are provided for client comfort. Partial Care and Intensive Outpatient levels of care are also offered to maintain treatment continuity for clients.
