Outpatient detoxification from alcohol or drugs allows clients to continue fulfilling their professional, educational, and family responsibilities while detoxing from the comfort of their own home. Those interested in outpatient detox are thoroughly assessed by our medical team that specializes in addiction treatment. After undergoing a thorough assessment, clients receive recommendations based upon their unique circumstances and ability to function outside of a medically monitored treatment setting. Outpatient detox is not appropriate for everyone and clients will be thoroughly assessed.

BlueSky Behavioral Health delivers comprehensive mental health and substance abuse counseling, helping our clients recover from a wide range of diagnoses in both partial-hospitalization and outpatient settings. Effective Mental Health Treatment for Teens with Fully-Accredited Academic Support: Located in beautiful Mid-Coast, Maine, Ironwood is a licensed residential mental health treatment center and fully accredited school designed specifically for adolescents, ages 13-17. Our program offers intensive therapy along with customized and accredited academics via three interconnected programs focused on stabilization and assessment, treatment, and transition. The Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) is the highest level of care available at RSCT and meets (9am to 1pm M-F). The Day Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) (9 - Noon M-Th) and the Evening IOP (6 - 9 pm M-Th) and PHP afford Clients the ability to continue to work and take care of family responsibilities while engaging in more intensive substance abuse treatment. Treatment is tailored to individualized needs and the range of services includes individual and group therapy; alcohol and drug education; relapse prevention; family therapy and ongoing after-care.

Continuum Recovery Services (CRS) at Continuum of Care consists of 4 levels of residential treatment and care for adults ages 18 and up who are challenged with mental health and potentially co-occurring disorders. Clients can access treatment to any of these levels of care and move to a higher or a lower level of care as their needs change. Embark Behavioral Health is a leading network of exceptional treatment and therapy programs across the United States. The Hopewell Health IOP for Adolescents program is an Intensive Outpatient Program three hour program (5pm-8pm) four days a week (Monday- Thursday) for adolescents aged 12 to 18 and their families. The IOP format allows the adolescent to live at home and attend their current school while engaging in structured therapeutic activities and services. We work with all adolescents struggling with difficult behaviors such as self-injury, behavioral issues, and suicidal ideation as well as significant mood and anxiety disorders. Because every adolescent is unique, we develop an individualized treatment plan designed to meet the precise needs of each patient and family. While DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) is the core of Hopewell Health IOP, we incorporate a number of other treatment modalities, such as integration of the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Behavioral Therapy, coaching, yoga, music, and art therapies, and hands-on experiential activities.
