“CNT provides outpatient substance abuse treatment and our goal is to deliver the best possible outcome for our client. CNT is the only facility licensed by New Jersey's Department of Health and Addiction Services (DMHAS) to provide Medically Monitored Ambulatory Detox Services for alcohol, benzodiazepines (Xanax, Klonipin, etc.), opiates (Oxycontin, Percocet, Fentanyl patches, heroin, etc.), Kratom, anesthetics (ketamine, etc.), stimulants and other substances. Led by an ASAM Certified Addiction Psychiatrist, physicians and nurses monitor progress through the day. We believe outcomes will be better if clients integrate skills and tools to cope with stressors and triggers while living in their home environment rather than being isolated from it. If you or a loved one is in withdrawal and needs help, please call now. Chemical/Alcohol dependence without recovery has only negative outcomes. We also offer Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) programs, Family Group and Medication Management (incl. Buprenorphine, Suboxone/Subutex). Our breadth of services allows us to place the client in the most appropriate level of care and calibrate care to a client's individual needs. We are open 7 days a week.

“Milestones provides residential as well as day treatment programs for individuals suffering with Compulsive Overeating, Bulimia, Anorexia, and related disorders. We are a therapeutic community whose mission is to offer a supportive environment from which to begin a new way of life... a life way we refer to as "recovery." Milestones follows a "blended" approach to treatment - addressing both the "addictive" and emotional aspects of an eating disorder. Residents attend a full schedule of group and individual activities during the day as well as participate in various support groups during evenings and weekends. Grocery shopping, meal preparation, and "real world" experiences are an integral part of the program. Unlike a traditional hospital environment, Milestones affords an opportunity to recover in a less restrictive setting while still receiving the support and structure necessary to overcome the tyranny of an eating disorder. Residential Treatment of Eating Disorders Milestones accepts both local and out of area residents, with most of the program's participants coming to us from throughout the United States as well as internationally. Located in South Florida, Milestones is near two major airports serving the area as well as in close proximity to a variety of resources and attractions.

Inpatient or Outpatient Treatment
INPATIENT TREATMENT: WHAT'S INVOLVED?
Residential Inpatient treatment in Middlesex County usually consists of 24 hour care at a live-in facility. Full treatment services, including medical and behavioral therapy are provided all at one location near Middlesex County.
Medical supervision is generally placed over each resident. In drug treatment centers, clients can detox safely. In eating disorder centers in Middlesex County, residential programs enable effective monitoring of the client's health during the treatment program.
Inpatient care offers a structured atmosphere and allows the client and providers to focus on physical and psychological healing.
OUTPATIENT TREATMENT: WHAT'S INVOLVED?
Outpatient treatment programs in Middlesex County or clinics provide flexibility to those who are unable to take time away from their regular lives, work or school. Programs typically meet at the clinic a couple of times every week for a few hours at a time.
Because clients are living away from the centers, outpatient facilities in Middlesex County are less able to focus on medical conditions and nutritional needs.
Certain programs provide a combination of the in/out approach: Inpatient for medical stabilization, partial hospitalization for moderate cases, intensive outpatient programs, and outpatient clinics for follow-up.
INPATIENT OR OUTPATIENT: WHAT'S RIGHT FOR ME?
* How much can you afford? Generally, Middlesex County outpatient treatment is cheaper than inpatient treatment because housing is not provided and fewer hours of treatment (and often fewer therapy alternatives) are offered.
* Are you able to control your behaviors? Inpatient treatment provides constant supervision to offset the temptation of drugs or eating disordered behavior in the early stages of treatment.
* Follow-up support network near Middlesex County? If you do decide to attend inpatient treatment, look for a center that can offer you or direct you to another service where you will be provided with follow-up care after you leave in an effort to avoid relapse.
* Is your condition severe? Constant medical attention is given to those in inpatient care, which may be especially important for those with pain and eating disorders.
